Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong work ethics to assist in supporting our fast-expanding Design and Project Management Team in the South Asia Pacific region.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 1-2 years post-qualification experience, particularly in MID TO HIGH-END RETAIL PROJECTS.
• Strong hard skills in design development, project administration and documentation, understanding of construction drawings, technical design detailing, and have a flair for architecture and interior design.
• Strong soft skills in communication, organization, time management, inter-personal skills. Proactive and able to multi-task, meet deadlines and KPI targets. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (a plus).
• Official work title to be determined by level of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to senior members of the team
• Coordination with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, etc. by means of face-to-face meetings, video calls, telephone conversations, emails, drawings, and reports, etc.
• Participate in various phases of project:      

      - Attend meetings

      - Conduct and prepare site surveys

      - Design development

      - Construction documentation

      - Material sourcing

      - Tender management and preparation of contract documents

      - Construction coordination and administration

      - Conduct punchlist on site with contractors

      - Handover to client

      - Coordination with contractors on defects rectification

      - Project close-out

      - Ad-hoc tasks

• Travelling required for site visits and attending meetings
