The Opportunity

• Salary: Up to $4000 (Based on experience)
• Location: Changi
• 5 days work week (Hybrid arrangement)

The Talent

• Min 3 year of experience in project management
• Experience in Fund recovery will be highly regarded
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally within research, academia, or a similar complex environment.
• Experience working with research initiatives and multi-party agreements.
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability.

The Job

• Support the process of project funding recovery, including data entry, checks, and document compilation
• Track and manage the recovery of project funds
• Strong communication skills, able to be a good team player
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial processes
