Job Description:
As a Building Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, your knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (M&E) will be an added advantage, as you will be expected to handle coordination related to these systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members are working together effectively.
2. Utilize M&E knowledge to oversee the installation and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems.
3. Monitor project progress and ensure that all milestones are met on time.
4. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that may arise.
5. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management or a related field.
2. Prior experience working as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of building systems, with a knowledge on mechanical and electrical systems will be added advantage.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
