Project Coordinator (Landscape / Construction)

• Position : Project Coordinator (Landscape / Construction)
• Location : Jalan Lekar (Bus nearby)
• Working hours : 5 days a week - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + 14 days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Landscape Architecture

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the planning, scheduling, and execution of landscape projects.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily site operations, including manpower, materials, and equipment coordination.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular site checks to ensure work quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as progress reports, RFIs, variations, and claims.
• Track project progress and assist with cost control and resource management.
• Support client and stakeholder communications and help resolve site-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ ITE certification in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in landscape or construction-related projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage).
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
