Project Coordinator (Manufacturing / MedTech)

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support cross-functional project execution in a fast-paced MedTech manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will be the key driver in coordinating project timelines and ensuring alignment between Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

You will manage project documentation, facilitate meetings, track action items, flag risks, and prepare status updates for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project timelines and milestones across cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering).

Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track action items to completion.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools like MS Project and SharePoint.

Identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues to ensure timely mitigation.

Prepare and deliver clear, concise status reports and presentations for leadership.

Act as a central point of contact to ensure alignment and communication between all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in a Project Coordination, PMO, or related role.

Industry: Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or other highly regulated industries are strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent project scheduling software) is essential.

Proficiency in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a structured MNC environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
