Job Description

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and executes interior fit-out works with sub-contractors / vendors.
• Prepares and monitors project schedule.
• Conducts regular site meetings and inspections to ensure fulfilment of design specifications, quality and delivery schedule.
• Provides project progress and status updates to key stakeholders.
• Works closely with sales team, design team, clients and contractors to ensure smooth project deliveries.

Requirements

• Possesses good communication skills.
• Possesses technical knowledge of carpentry, M&E and interior construction details.
• Possesses Class 3 driving license.
• Able to multitask and possess sense of urgency.
• Meticulous and attentive to details.
• Highly organized, responsible, and motivated.
• Analytical, organizational and resourceful.
• At least 1 year working experience in renovation project management.

*Candidates with more experience will be considered for Project Manager role.
