Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Project Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security solutions
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics for network, server, and system integration issues
• Execute routine maintenance, including firmware upgrades and software updates
• Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, tender requirements, and security standards
• Conduct site inspections and prepare QA/QC reports
• Provide timely updates and reports to management on site progress and system performance

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT or OT environment
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, TCP)
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control systems, and servers
• Familiar with system security practices and common vulnerabilities
