Duties & Responsibilities:
⢠Review project specifications, authority requirements, technical submissions, and construction drawings.
⢠Assist the Project / Construction Manager in the day-to-day supervision of site works, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
⢠Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to achieve quality standards, smooth workflow, and timely project completion.
⢠Plan, monitor, and update construction schedules, material procurement, and site activities to meet project milestones.
⢠Prepare and maintain project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, and handover documentation.
⢠Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities on design, construction, and quality matters.
⢠Coordinate closely with Structural, Architectural, M&E, and BIM teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.
⢠Perform QA/QC duties for assigned works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
⢠Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and MOM requirements on site, including safety inspections and implementation of safe work practices.
⢠Support cost control, variation works, and contract administration where required.
⢠Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
⢠Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
⢠Minimum 2 years of working experience in the public and private residential, government and commercial building projects.
⢠Possess technical knowledge related to structural, architectural (finishing) or M&E works.
⢠Candidates with a passion to work in construction industry are welcome.

⢠Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm
