Project Engineer (CCTV & Card Access) - Competitive Pay

Our client is currently looking for a Project Engineer in their company. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of CCTV and card access system projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of security systems, and excellent communication skills. This role involves collaboration with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and project scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for CCTV and card access system installations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure the correct installation and integration of CCTV and card access systems.
• Conduct system testing and validation to meet project specifications.

Client Interaction:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project updates, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide training to clients on system usage and maintenance.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
• Implement quality control processes to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and service technicians.
• Facilitate effective communication and information flow among team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV and card access.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and wiring diagram is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
