Project Engineer - Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project team efforts by communicating key information, coordinating actions, seeking expert input, reviewing outstanding issues, and contributing to team meetings and reports. Escalate any obstacles to project completion.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervising, monitoring, and coordinating subcontractor work.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare necessary reports and documentation before and after project completion, and assist in the preparation of the Operation and Maintenance manual.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations by preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.
• Assist with tender exercises, pre-construction surveys, and updates of As-Built drawings on-site.
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in M&E, specifically in interior design fit-out works (Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Fire Protection).
