Project Engineer (Interior Fit Out)

Interior Fit-out Contractor (Construction)

6 days work (Flexible/WFH)

East Region (10 min walk from MRT)

UP $5,000+ AWS + transport allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager/Director in setting project goals, procedures, and performance standards according to company policies.

• Prepare construction progress updates, monitor manpower and equipment requirements, and manage testing activities to track project performance.

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and project records, and provide regular updates to the Project Director on progress, plans, and any issues affecting cost or timeline.

• Coordinate construction schedule updates with supervisors, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with quality control, quality assurance, and project standards.
  

Job Requirements:

• Min Advanced, Specialist, Management, or Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology, or related fields.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in civil engineering, construction, or related project environments.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documents.

• Willing to work in a site environment and comfortable collaborating with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
