Project Engineer (Islandwide 5 Days HVAC & BMS) - [SIEN] - with Growth Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee testing, commissioning, software programming, and on-site supervision for Building Management Systems (BMS) based on project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and contracts to determine project requirements.
• Prepare submittals containing schematics, descriptions, and technical literature as needed, maintaining current design documents throughout the project duration.
• Generate engineering re-estimate reports, minimizing report variances.
• Perform testing and commissioning of BMS.
• Possess HVAC experience with knowledge of sequence preparation for BMS.
• Experience in preparing BMS technical submittals, method of statement, compliance statements, and Operation and Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
• Proficient in IO point schedules, assignments, and material selection, with value engineering expertise.
• Demonstrate logical knowledge in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) & HVAC system control logic.
• Essential background knowledge in network, MS Office, and project management.
• Awareness of all types of risks in the work environment and their controls.
• Participate in site Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) inspections, hazard/risk assessments, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Immediately inform the site EHS officer/site manager of any additional EHS risks.
• Exercise the authority to stop work if any unsafe conditions are identified.
• Project management skills are required.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience in the HVAC/BAS industry.
• Demonstrate strong customer management and problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess an understanding of PLC systems, such as Siemens or Allen-Bradley.
