Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, designs, and oversees testing, commissioning, and software programming for Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Analyzes project requirements and prepares necessary documentation.
- Conducts BMS testing and commissioning, with HVAC expertise.
- Prepares technical submittals and IO point schedules, ensuring compliance.
- Possesses knowledge of ACMV and HVAC system control logic.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management.
- Maintains awareness of EHS risks and participates in inspections.
- Requires project management skills.
