- Good organizing and planning skills
- Responsible for execution of works control as per the project schedule that is planned by the Project Manager or himself
- Responsible for the overall management of the foreign manpower (workers)
- Coordinates and oversees the sequence of the construction programme with the support of the Site Supervisor
- Preparation and submit method statement for the works to be carried out
- Provide inputs on accomplished schedules, manpower, plant, machinery and equipment status to the Project Manager
- Responsible for prompt installation / implementation of safety & health measures.
Requirement
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing of construction project
- Experience in Structural steelworks fabrication & erection will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skill, self-motivated, independent with sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Highly proactive attitude and strong problem solving skills
- Computer proficiency in MS project, Excel, Work and Autocad.
