Project Executive

About the role

C&V SERVICES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Executive to join our dynamic team in the North-East Region. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in delivering construction projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, and maintaining project timelines and deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to develop your project management expertise whilst contributing to the successful delivery of significant construction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate and monitor construction project activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets and quality specifications

2. Liaise between clients, contractors, consultants and site teams to facilitate effective communication and resolve project issues

3. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes and correspondence

4. Track project expenditure, manage variations and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle

5. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare site progress reports

6. Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and resource allocation

7. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution

8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards and contractual requirements

9. Assist with tender documentation and project proposals as required
