Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: IT/ Consultancy Firm
• Position Title: IT Project Executive / Project Coordinator 
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am – 7 pm 
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus + Allowances 
• Duration: Permanent Role 

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet clients’ needs and requirements;
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities;
• Manages operational aspects and scope of a project;
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client;
• Ensures that projects are completed successfully and on time; and
• Facilitate creative brain-storming

• At least a Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Min of 2 years' experience in handling IT software projects is highly preferred.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Comfortable with deadlines & able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Project or other related project management tools.
