Job Description:
- Contracts procurement (pre-tender, tender evaluation & post-tender)
- Preparation of the monthly progress claims for all on-going project works
- Preparation of the Final Account and all other necessary documentation pertaining for all completed projects
- Co-ordination and preparation of necessary documentations related to project works (eg. Notice to Tenant; Deed of Warranty, various certificates)
- Monitoring of Term Contracts’ expiry
- Tracking and ensure Contractors to submit all the necessary documentation, Accreditation, Insurance Policies etc in compliance with the existing Contract
- Additional works assigned by reporting Manager and company
Requirement:
- With recognized Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or Project or approved equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement preferably for public projects and familiar with PSSCOC
- Well-versed in MS Office.
