Project Executive (East 5 Days IT Project Coordination) - [SIEN] - Exciting Challenge

Working Location: Bedok, Singapore 

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 6PM

Contract Duration: 1 year (Renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and document requirements by liaising with various stakeholders such as customers, operation team, and project team to consolidate information needs across a distributed organization.
• Take minutes in all meetings and discussions.
• Follow up on all action items daily, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, manpower, and quality standards.
• Assist Managers in tracking necessary feedback.
• Escalate any customer requirements to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD), or Service Delivery Director (SDD).
• Review project documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality management processes, minimizing rework and system failures.
• Assess project resources, conduct performance reviews, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Manage customer and vendor relationships based on feedback from Service Delivery Manager (SDM).
• Negotiate with vendors and teams to ensure adequate resources during project phases.
• Establish relationships with users, technical staff, and management to resolve system implementation issues.
• Maintain clear and open communication with customers regarding operational and project matters.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks and deliverables are on schedule.
• Plan, track, and monitor tasks assigned to managers, team leaders, and members.
• Delegate tasks effectively with clear instructions from SDM.
• Provide the project team with accurate information on business needs, priorities, and existing systems.

Job Requirements: 

• Typically requires 3 years of IT project coordination experience.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, creative, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including strong persuasive techniques.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
