Project Executive

If you are organised, efficient, good at multi-tasking, have an eye for detail and driven to succeed.

We are looking for a resourceful and quick-thinking individual, having the ability to coordinate and administer tasks, time and people to keep the project running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Analyses client requirements and coordination with project managers according to specifications
• Prepare all resources for the projects and plan according to the required timeframe
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and monitor all participation projects to ensure adherence to all methods and standards.
• Organising all project-related paperwork, submission and detailing
• Trouble-shooting: Identify and resolve issues pre site / onsite are essential
• Proficient in English Language
• Able to work with people from all walks of life
• Required to work on weekends and public holidays when needed
• Hardworking and ability to work under stress
• This position will require candidates to travel internationally, ability to travel preferred.
• Minimum Diploma level
• 1 year in Exhibitions/Events industry will be advantageous
