Project Executive (Facilities) - Growth-Minded Organization

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with users and contractors pertaining to project requirement and office movement plan
• Perform site supervision and progress tracking for the project
• Carry out administrative duties such as submission of name list of workers to pass office and escort of contractors

Requirements:

• Knowledge or keen interest in Facility project management
• Knowledge of IT and Proficient in Microsoft
• Office software/applications (e.g. excel, powerpoint)
• Proficient in communicating and writing

Additional Information:

• Contract Duration: Jun 2024 till May 2025
• 5 Days work week
• Location: West Area
