Project Executive - [F&B/Central] - (ID: 604099) - Rewarding Work

•    Work closely with Project Manager to deliver the tasks given.
•    Liaise and coordinate with contractors.
•    Manage various contractors to deliver the projects including but not limited to mitigating any project risks, monitoring project progress, quality, and cost control.
•    Monitor the execution of the works by ensuring the required time, cost, quality elements and smooth handover are achieved.
•    Do paperwork and follow up on store construction.

Job requirements:
•    2-3 years of experience as a Project Executive preferably in F&B industry.
•    Proficient in AutoCAD.
•    Excellent communication skills with project management skills. 
•    Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point.
•    Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
