Job Description - Project Host ( Workshop Facilitator )

Job Scope:

Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the event venue.
Send reminders to participants via WhatsApp group.
Promote attendance and follow up with absentees.
Maintain cleanliness of the venue throughout the event.
Basic IT knowledge

Details:

Number of Hosts Needed: 7 physical hosts
Start Date: By 2nd November
Working Hours:10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Commitment: Must commit to 6 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
Training Dates: 30th October or 1st November (Training will be provided)
Location: Island-wide (Multiple venues)
