Job Description - Project Management Coordinator # seekbetter - Leading Industry Pay

We are desiring to recruit a capable Project Management Coordinator # seekbetter to join our high calibre team at Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Downtown Tanjong Pagar, Central Region.

~ 5 days work week, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

~ Location: Tanjong Pagar

~ To support solar energy project team

~ No experience is welcome to apply, training is provided

~ 6 - 9 months contract and convertible to permanent

Our client is a solar energy solution provider in Singapore

Responsibilities:

Prepare necessary presentation materials for meeting
Provide administrative assistance to Project Management
Monitor site status and data record
Assist PM to Provide progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required
Assist PM to maintaining records and databases
In addition to the above-mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or daily by the immediate reporting officer

Requirements:

Familiar with project management
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
