We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Management Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of our commercial interior fit-out and installation projects. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and sub-contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Oversee daily operations on project sites, ensuring smooth implementation, resource allocation and timely completion of milestones.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, main contractors, consultants, and internal execution teams to ensure clear alignment.

• Cost & Budget Control: Manage project costing, budget tracking, variation orders, and progress claims to optimize commercial performance.
• Timeline Tracking: Develop comprehensive master project plans, identify potential schedule risks early, and implement proactive mitigation plans.
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all on-site installation and construction activities strictly comply with local building codes, MOM regulations, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of site coordinators, designers, and installation specialists to foster high execution standards.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within commercial interior fit-outs, structural/architectural installations, or main contractor environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading architectural technical drawings and working with project planning tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong commercial negotiation skills, and clear verbal/written communication capabilities.
