About the role

As a Project Manager, you will provide consulting/advisory services and support our customers in the BFS industry in solving and addressing their most important digital transformation challenges and pro-actively guide and work on the entire cycle of a project from acquisition, scoping, planning, design & development of solutions.

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 to 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you must have to be considered

• Must have experience with delivering/implementing case management solutions/ regulatory requirements / Compliance-AML projects
• Experience in end to end project delivery with understanding of interacting with infra team, complex regulatory requirements and working closely with tech and business teams.
• comprehensive professional experience in a management consultancy with a focus on regulatory projects implementation in Banking & Financial services

• Strong communicator with good presentation capabilities for senior leadership (MDs) in the bank.
