We are seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic workforce and organizational transformation initiatives within a Technology & Operations environment.
This role focuses on strengthening organizational capability, enhancing delivery capacity, and enabling long-term transformation across technology and operational functions. The successful candidate will work across business, technology, and people agendas to translate transformation priorities into structured execution plans and measurable outcomes.
The role combines organization transformation, workforce strategy, change management, and program delivery. It is suited for someone who can operate effectively across both strategic planning and hands-on execution within complex and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transformation Program Delivery
Lead the planning and execution of talent, capability, and organizational transformation initiatives
Manage multiple transformation workstreams aligned with business and technology priorities
Establish governance structures, reporting cadence, and stakeholder updates
Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes across initiatives
Track progress against milestones, budgets, and transformation objectives
Support prioritization and execution in evolving business environments
2. Workforce & Capability Transformation
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify workforce gaps, capability priorities, and future-state organizational needs
Translate strategic workforce objectives into actionable transformation plans
Support organization design, role architecture, capability frameworks, and skills development initiatives
Drive workforce planning activities aligned with operating model evolution and business growth
Facilitate alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and transformation outcomes across stakeholders
3. Organization Readiness & Operating Model Enablement
Support implementation of new operating models, team structures, and organizational changes
Ensure operational readiness prior to rollout of transformation initiatives
Coordinate transition planning and adoption activities with business leaders and functional teams
Ensure role definitions, governance structures, and process documentation are scalable and sustainable
Drive effective integration of new ways of working across teams
4. Change Management & Adoption
Develop and execute change management strategies to support transformation initiatives
Create communication plans, enablement materials, and leadership toolkits
Coordinate training, onboarding, and capability-building activities
Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational alignment throughout transformation programs
Gather feedback and continuously improve adoption approaches and implementation outcomes
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as a key coordination point across business, technology, HR, and external partners
Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority
Manage external consultants or vendors supporting transformation initiatives
Support vendor governance, delivery oversight, and outcome management
6. Governance, Risk & Compliance
Identify organizational, delivery, and transformation risks proactively
Maintain governance documentation, issue logs, and decision records
Ensure initiatives align with internal governance, compliance, and risk management standards
Support audit readiness and transformation reporting requirements where applicable
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Define and track KPIs related to capability uplift, workforce transformation, organizational readiness, and adoption
Prepare concise reporting and insights for senior leadership stakeholders
Monitor transformation progress and recommend corrective actions where required
Support data-driven decision making across transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in organization transformation, workforce strategy, change management, or program delivery roles
Experience working within Technology, Operations, Engineering, or Infrastructure environments is strongly preferred
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders
Experience in organization design, workforce planning, capability frameworks, or operating model transformation
Strong exposure to change management, stakeholder engagement, and transformation delivery
Experience operating in regulated or governance-driven environments is advantageous
Experience managing external vendors, consultants, or transformation partners preferred
Experience preparing executive-level reporting and performance tracking
