Project Manager

About the Role

You will lead luxury residential interior projects from planning to completion, collaborating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding project requirements and client expectations.
• Developing project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project.
• Monitoring project progress, quality, and site activities.
• Managing project costs, variations, and documentation.
• Identifying risks and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the luxury sector of residential design
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative team player.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management within the interior design, renovation, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, contractor coordination, site management, and documentation.
• Mandarin proficiency is required as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors and suppliers.
