About the Company

Our client is an established workplace design and build consultancy with a strong portfolio of award-winning commercial office projects across Singapore and the region.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of corporate workplace fit-out projects from pre-construction through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of commercial workplace fit-out projects from planning through to successful completion.
  • Manage project scope, budget, programme, contracts, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee site execution to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
  • Resolve project issues proactively while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial workplace (office fit-out) projects.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to project delivery.
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an advantage.
  • Possess relevant Workplace Safety certifications, such as Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (CSCPM), will be an added advantage.
