Project Manager (Construction) Lift & Escalator

Our client is an estate management services company. They are looking for a Project Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Project Manager (Construction):

• Oversee all project activities, including on-site teams and workforce, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual scope and specifications
• Monitor and control project costs, with full accountability for financial performance and profitability
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, claims, safety reports, procurement lists, and ad-hoc reports
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Lead project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/ Mechatronics), Project Management or equivalent.
• 3 year of working experience
