Job Title: Project Manager (12‑Month Contract)

Location: Singapore (Office-based, no travel)

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to support a regional Field Corrective Action (FCA) programme across APAC. The role focuses on coordinating inspection activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate FCA activities across multiple APAC markets
• Track inspection progress and outcomes across installed systems
• Consolidate inputs from field teams and stakeholders
• Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards (via CRM tools such as Salesforce)
• Maintain accurate tracking of actions, timelines, and deliverables
• Follow up with internal teams and regional distributors to ensure timely execution
• Identify delays and proactively drive resolution

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of project coordination or related experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
• Exposure to MedTech or healthcare industry is a plus
• Comfortable working in a coordination-focused, non-technical role

The project is expected to commence in June or by early July
