Job Opportunity: Project Management Specialist (Third-Party Risk Management)

Are you a seasoned project management professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead critical initiatives in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and drive compliance with new MAS outsourcing guidelines and notices while ensuring alignment with our organizational strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the SG TPRM project, ensuring compliance within internal guidelines and procedures.
• Develop and document project plans, scopes, and timelines, aligning resources accordingly.
• Monitor and assess project results, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and addressing them appropriately.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of programs and projects with strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders, leading regular updates.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in a PMO environment with a background in project management.
• Exceptional time management skills, capable of supporting multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively across large organizations.
• Previous experience in third-party vendor management preferred, with the ability to lead global team efforts.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities in Third-Party Management:

• Coordinate with various functions/stakeholders on TPM initiatives, including internal audit and regulatory reviews.
• Contribute to the development and review of Country-level TPM program documents to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support Country Third-Party Risk Steering Committee (CTPM-SC) meetings and ensure proper documentation of discussions/actions.
• Ensure adherence to Annual Due Diligence requirements for all Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs) and escalate overdue items appropriately.
• Manage Inventory for External & Internal Outsource Service Providers, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Support country requests/queries for better Third-Party management across the region.
• Review risk reports/databases, perform root-cause analysis of breaches, and track for closure.
• Develop presentations for senior management and guidance notes/procedures for effective TPM.
