Project Manager - Cross-Functional Initiatives

Role Summary

A dynamic Project Management role in the asset management industry focusing on cross-functional transformation across trading, risk, operations, technology, finance, and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including scoping, timeline management, governance, risk assessment, and resource allocation

• Establish robust project governance frameworks

• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements

• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments

• Coordinate user acceptance testing and implementation

• Manage comprehensive project documentation

• Drive business readiness and change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Project Management experience in Asset Management, Hedge Funds, or Investment Banking

• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and middle-to-back office functions

• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Technical familiarity with OMS/EMS, reconciliation tools, risk systems, and reporting platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum

• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, BCS) considered advantageous
