Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee company finances, including budget, projections, and audit preparations • Implement and manage intellectual property portfolio, clinical trials, and regulatory plans • Manage day-to-day operations of the portfolio and engineering team • Lead business development and fundraising efforts • Develop product commercialization and regulatory strategies • Select and manage subcontractors and vendors
Requirements
• Good understanding of medical devices regulatory, quality systems, and clinical pathway • Experience in regulatory submissions (FDA) and ISO13485 an added advantage • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong leadership skills, able to lead the team in continuous improvement • Master or Degree in Mechanical / Biomedical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent • Good technical knowledge in medical device, electronic & electrical, or software/medical imaging • Strong business acumen, able to drive and execute business model and sales and marketing strategy • At least 8 years’ working experience in project management • Previous startup experience, including raising capital preferred
