Project Manager (Data Center - SG)

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CSA (Civil Structure Architecture) projects for data centers.
  


• Oversee all stages of civil and structural works from design through construction and closeout.
  


• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  


• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve deadlines and financial targets.
  


• Review and approve design documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
  


• Supervise on\-site construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  


• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, industry regulations, and environmental policies.
  


• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve technical or on\-site issues.
  


• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for updates and requirement gathering.
  


• Prepare and deliver regular reports and documentation on project status for stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  


• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing civil/structural projects, preferably data center projects.
  


• Strong understanding of CSA design principles, construction methods, and relevant codes/standards.
  


• Proficiency with project management software.
  


• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
