Project Manager - Electrical (Data Center) - 5 days - Get Hired Fast

Responsibilities:

- Independently oversee construction activities and progress.
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and requirements proficiently.
- Strategize, organize, and implement site setup and sequential job planning to ensure project execution aligns with objectives of cost, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct resource planning for projects, including site staff and subcontractors, ensuring their efficient deployment.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings, project team meetings, and provide regular progress updates.
- Supervise the performance of all site staff, workers, and subcontractors.
- Manage the procurement, control, and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in drawings in consultation with consultants before proceeding with site work.
- Coordinate schedules for site staff and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain various project plans, including the Project Construction Plan, site access plan, hoisting plan, temporary utilities plan, and temporary office setup.
- Implement quality control measures through on-site/off-site inspections and completion/pre-handover inspections.
- Ensure the use of approved materials within specifications and certifications.

Qualifications and Attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
- Demonstrated success in completing projects on time and within budget.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Proactive, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
