Project Manager (ID:662726)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal staff, such as AV Designers, Drafters, Engineers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers, as well as collaborate with external parties, including Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers.
• Study schematic designs and construction drawings to produce necessary AV construction drawings.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and Bills of Material.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, manage, and schedule resources to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirement:

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Manager role, particularly in implementing Audio Visual solutions for construction or A&A sites.
• Ability to interpret construction and AV schematic drawings.
• Proficient in producing AV construction drawings.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing projects at construction sites & interpreting BIM modeling.
• Technical knowledge of Audio-Visual products.
