Project Manager (Interior Design & Build Firm)

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning and smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Handle multiple assignments effectively while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with external partners and contractors to carry out all phases of work.
• Supervise site activities to maintain quality workmanship and compliance with requirements.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the project team on-site.
• Participate in meetings to review project scope and progress.
• Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and maintain proper project documentation.
• Support cost management, tender preparation, and pricing activities.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate or equivalent
• At least 5 years of project experience in managing interior fit out projects
• Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
• Singaporean only need apply
