Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to establish project goals and deliverables.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure alignment with design intent, quality expectations, and safety standards.
• Track project milestones and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, control expenditures, and uphold financial accountability.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project duration.
• Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets high-quality standards and complies with industry best practices.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Provide senior management with regular project updates, including progress, challenges, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of proven project management experience in the construction sector, preferably involving hotel or hospitality developments.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects within budget and schedule.
• Strong background in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.

• Location: Central
• Working days: 5 Days
• Salary : up to S$14,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
