Project Manager (NPI/ NPD) / Commercial / PMP / Pharmaceutical MNC - Hiring Now

We are looking for an experienced candidate to successfully deliver project and programme outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations for New Product Introduction projects in Consumer Healthcare!!

Responsibilities:

• You will lead project core teams and ensure team effectiveness. 
• You will be accountable for the delivery of the projects on time, on budget, aligned with the expectations of key project stakeholders.
• You will lead the project core teams to create integrated project plans including scope, schedule, risk and communication plans.
• You will work with the project sponsors to develop the project charter and ensure that projects deliver expected business outcomes.
• You will lead projects through stage-gating process with the Operations Leadership Team.
• You will contribute to the maturation of project management capabilities through lessons learned, enhancements to the PM tool kit, and additions to the PM knowledgebase. Also, lead specific maturation efforts within the department or across the site.
• You will monitor and control the projects to ensure delivery. You will utilize critical path methodology (CPM) to track and deliver on the project schedule.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing capacities
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
