Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to join us at ALRIC, a local construction/renovation company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
- Collaborate with designers, clients, and contractors to ensure clear communication and project goals alignment
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, including client presentations and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with company design standards, quality control, and safety protocols
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably interior fit-out works and residential projects relevant (candidates with lesser experience will also be considered for junior position)
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
