Project Manager - Payments (eChannels & Internet/Mobile)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (Payments – eChannels & Internet/Mobile Banking) to lead end-to-end delivery of payments and digital channel initiatives. The role involves driving projects across internet banking, mobile banking, and digital payment platforms to enhance customer experience and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects across Payments, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking channels with a focus on innovation and regulatory compliance.
• Define project scope, roadmap, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
• Oversee integration of payments solutions (domestic, cross-border, instant payments, QR/Wallet, cards, etc.) into digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with MAS/central bank regulatory requirements and global payment standards (SWIFT, ISO20022, CBPR+).
• Drive governance, project tracking, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for payments and channel enhancements.
• Foster continuous improvement, adopting Agile/Waterfall delivery models where appropriate.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience with strong exposure to Payments and Digital Channels.
• Hands-on knowledge of domestic and international payments, clearing systems, ISO20022/MX messages, SWIFT, and real-time payments.
• Strong experience in Internet/Mobile Banking platforms, API integration, authentication, and security controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
