My client a rapidly expanding company is looking out for Project manager to lead and manage projects of low to medium complexity.
The requirements are as such:
Key Responsibilities & Performance Metrics
Leadership of Project Core Team
- Orchestrates cross-functional collaboration within the Core Team to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion in line with stakeholder expectations.
- Ensures team efficiency and oversees team coordination.
- Cultivates team cohesion, rallying everyone towards shared objectives.
- Offers clarity on task prioritization and mediates conflicts as they arise.
Advocacy for the iGate+iLaunch Process
- Promotes consistent organizational practices by integrating the iGate+iLaunch methodology.
- Assists the Initiative Owner in ensuring quality team contributions and iGate alignment.
- Guides projects through the iGate+iLaunch stages, communicating proactively with key stakeholders.
- Instills accountability within the Initiative Owner and Project Team for achieving business goals.
Project Timeline Oversight
- Formulates, oversees, and regulates project delivery using the Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
- Identifies potential risks and challenges, devising and executing mitigation strategies while following the iGate escalation process.
Continuous Improvement Advocacy
- Enhances project management capabilities through post-launch evaluations, iLaunch process refinements, and additions to the Project Management knowledge base.
- Spotlights and champions areas for improvement to expedite market readiness.
Project Status Monitoring
- Maintains the Project Portfolio Tracker with up-to-date information on project statuses within agreed timelines.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG/Healthcare sector, specifically in pharmaceuticals.
- A minimum of 3 years in project management roles.
- Certification in Project Management or equivalent demonstrated experience.
