Project Manager (PMP) - Professional Development Opportunities

The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: East
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with Project Management standards.
• Manage complex IT and engineering projects from initiation to maintenance, adhering to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining roles, responsibilities, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and risks (e.g. data migration, testing, commissioning and maintenance services)
• Monitor project budgets and costs to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Implement a risk management plan to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Lead a high-performance team and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and efficient issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in managing large scale IT and integration projects and across functional devliery teams
• Professional certification (PMP, CISSP, CITPM etc) is preferred
• Experienced in developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale, multi-platform systems, with strong skills in project management, service delivery, and stakeholder negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar projects across government and commercial sectors.
• Proven leadership in staff management, including motivation, performance appraisal, professional development, and recruitment
