Project Manager (POS systems)

The Company

We are supporting a client undertaking a major global expansion and are looking to hire a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in POS systems to support large‑scale, multi‑country rollouts across the APAC region.

The Role

• Lead end‑to‑end regional POS projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
• Deliver projects within organisations with an international or global footprint
• Own project governance, including planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, change control, and stakeholder reporting
• Manage multiple initiatives and parallel timelines across countries and time zones
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including business, IT, vendors, and system integrators
• Ensure consistent delivery aligned with regional and global standards

• Drive clear, structured communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Your Profile:

• 5-8 years' experience as a Technology Project Manager, ideally within companies with an international footprint
• Strong hands‑on experience with POS systems in retail or restaurant environments
• Minimum 3+ years' project management experience in physical retail or restaurant operations (preferred)
• Solid understanding of project governance, project planning, and delivery controls
• Proven ability to manage multiple timelines, workstreams, and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong multi‑faceted communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technical teams
