Project Manager will oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects from concept development through completion. You will be responsible for space planning, design development, project coordination, contractor management, and on-site supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective and timely project delivery
• Coordinate daily site activities and escalate risks or delays promptly to maintain schedule adherence
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress assessments to verify work accuracy
• Ensure works are executed according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards
• Resolve site issues and coordinate rectification work to maintain project quality and timelines
• Prepare detailed site reports, inspection records, and progress updates for clear stakeholder communication
• Liaise with clients, landlords, and building management to secure access and necessary approvals for project execution
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams while conducting safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials to uphold project standards
• Assist in procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination to support project requirements
• Support project handover by ensuring all deliverables are completed and documented accurately

Required competencies and certifications

• Knowledge of site safety practices to maintain a safe working environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to produce reports and documentation
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for project coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software to support design development
• Strong understanding of renovation processes, materials, and construction methodologies to enhance project execution
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Knowledge of workplace safety and construction regulations to support compliance efforts
