Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (MNC)

Job Description:

• Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects;
• Establish project objectives policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications;
• Coordinate with engineering staff to discuss such matters as work procedures, scope-and-scheduling and work sequence, project-specific safety plans, etc.;
• Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties and other contacts to facilitate project activities;
• Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget;
• Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly;
• Able to manage an ELV project independently;
• Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on of necessary) of project/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation;
• Ensure timely completion of all projects;
• Monitor, review and manage operational costs and responsible for financial performance of the projects;
• Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works;
• Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters;
• Must have relevant experience in one of the following ELV fields, Security, Access Control System.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience;
• A self-starter, comfortable working independently and taking a high level of responsibility;
• Resilience, entrepreneurship spirits, self-direction, risk-taking and adaptability;
• Innovative thinking, thinking outside-the-box, resourceful problem solver;
• Excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills;
• 5.5-day work week.
