About the job:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of digital projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Lead meetings, manage change requests, and monitor project performance
• Identify risks and ensure issues are addressed promptly
• Deliver regular project updates and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
• Promote adherence to project management standards and best practices

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of project management experience, ideally in digital or IT projects (Newly hired mid-career professional with more than 3 years after graduation)
• Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or related discipline (Masters a plus)
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR)
• PMP certification is mandatory
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana)

Nice to have:

• Experience in managing cross-functional or remote teams
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Background in technology, design, or digital marketing projects
