PROJECT MANAGER(PM) - SINGAPOREANS ONLY - MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXP AS PM IN CCTV

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics islandwide
• Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of assigned projects
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Report and escalate to management when needed
• Manage relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint to document needs and update
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added 
• advantage
• Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling large scale projects in ICIT environment and preferably in CCTV/ Video analytics related project
• Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
• Experience with project management software tools 
• Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills
• Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in planning, managing, delegating, and coaching 
• Self-driven; results- and customer-oriented 
• Working location is in Jurong East
