PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT DIRECTOR

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Project Director to lead, manage, and oversee project operations from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and implementation strategies.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project costs, procurement activities, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Support business growth and strategic project initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Project Manager level.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for Project Director level.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Able to workday or night shift.
• Willing to work 6 days
