Update weekly the overall project schedule and progress report, including collating status from the execution team, updating the schedule in P6 to reforecast remaining activities, and updating the S Curve for CQ execution.
Manage the specific schedule for the planned shutdown in December 2026.
Work with all stakeholders to include all activities needed in the shutdown window.
Work with different functions to assess the links between all activities, including predecessors and successors.
Baseline the schedule when deemed appropriate.
Track all changes to the schedule with impact assessments to critical paths to ensure no issues during execution.
Report weekly to the Project Manager on the status, risks, and forecast of critical activities.
Report issues to the Project Manager and provide regular updates to the PM as well as other relevant parties.
Maintain strong project schedule building and management practices.
Report issues to the Project Manager in advance to ensure mitigations are put in place.
Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of tasks to be completed.
Ideal Background
Experience: Previous experience as a scheduler in a large project environment.
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferable but not essential.
